I’m not good in horses but I don’t try or attempt anything that I don’t fully understand. By the way, I love those pictures. I like the general look, the round haunch and the neck is nice and thick even if it ties in a little low. All-round attractive animal, thick build and LOOKS like a QH.AlmightyMarshmellowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12669895783995261706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8660253149660311873.post-14944996528332933372009-07-16T11:05:44.982-07:002009-07-16T11:05:44.982-07:00Wanna do the same thing with Arabs? I like her, she's a QH my dad owned. I do not know the breeding myself... though I *think * they bought her from Bob Evans (yes the resturant/sausage guy) farm along with their stallion. I'm still learning about conformation but my dad would harp on how much the QH's changed from what they had to now. He's right. Anyways I'd like to know your thoughts on her... you have a much better eye for conformation than I do!autumnblazehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14261052609848445921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8660253149660311873.post-1344797622845513732009-06-27T09:54:25.003-07:002009-06-27T09:54:25.003-07:00Plus, because of show ring placings nowadays, most...Plus, because of show ring placings nowadays, most people have no idea of what an unathletic horse looks like!kestrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03253025366100154732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8660253149660311873.post-48418049453419126052009-06-27T09:52:42.494-07:002009-06-27T09:52:42.494-07:00Any time you start breeding for one extreme charac...Any time you start breeding for one extreme characteristic you lose the balance of the body.
